  6. Advertise in The Real Estate Book.
  7. Pre qualify buyers, screen through the lookers and answer questions about your home.
  8. Keep you informed of current market conditions by providing:
    • Feedback on showings
    • Listing activity reports
    • Sold properties in your price range
  9. Hold open houses if you choose.
  10. Review your property's market placement and overall response every 30 days.

  12. Write purchase agreements, negotiate the sale, and find the best alternative financing options to bring the greatest net to you.
